At Judy Blue, we want you to love your denim; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are in their original condition to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
